Evangeline, from First Comics.  Evangeline is an awesome comic, but I can't say that I'm entirely convinced by this ad.  The color scheme is a little garish, and it looks like she's sniffing her glove. ha ha, oh well.  By Charles Dixon, Judith Hunt & Ricardo Villagran.
